Every laptop from DG Tech Solutions includes a 12-month hardware warranty at no extra cost. This covers all hardware component failures including screen, keyboard, motherboard, RAM, SSD, and other internal components.

  • If the laptop cannot be repaired, I'll offer a replacement from the same or better range

Important: All warranties EXCLUDE battery degradation, physical damage, liquid damage, theft/loss, user-caused software issues, and unauthorized repairs. Warranty is void if the laptop seal is broken by anyone other than DG Tech Solutions.

Extended Warranty Options

You can extend your warranty coverage at the time of purchase or within 30 days:

  • 24-Month Warranty: +€100 (includes priority service)
  • 36-Month Warranty: +€200 (includes priority service and free annual tune-up)

7-Day Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your laptop for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. The laptop must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original accessories and packaging.
